Privacy Policy
What this service is
AI On Loop Studio is a release desk: you upload videos you have made, write their titles and captions, approve them, and post or schedule them to social platforms you connect. This policy explains what we store to do that and what we do not.
What we collect
- Your account. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name and profile picture, and a Google account identifier. We use them to create your workspace and show who is signed in. We do not receive your Google password.
- Connected platform accounts. When you connect TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook, the platform gives us an access token and a refresh token for your account, your account's public identifier, handle, display name and avatar, and, for TikTok, the posting options your account allows (who can view, comments, Duet, Stitch, maximum video length). We store these so the desk can post on your behalf when you tell it to, and for nothing else.
- Your content. The videos and cover images you upload, the titles, captions, tags and notes you write, your release plan, and the posts the desk creates for you, including each platform's answer (post identifiers, links, errors).
- Activity. A log of what happened in your workspace (uploads, approvals, sends) and basic request logs kept by our hosting providers for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To run your workspace: store your uploads, build your posts, send them to the platforms you connected when you confirm a send, and report what the platforms answered.
- To keep your account secure and the service working.
- We do not sell your data, do not use your content to train models, and do not show you advertising.
TikTok
Posting to TikTok uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API under TikTok's developer terms. Your TikTok access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest and used only to query your account's posting options and to publish the videos you choose, with the audience, interaction and disclosure settings you pick each time. Disconnecting TikTok in Settings deletes the tokens from our systems and revokes them at TikTok.
Where your data lives
Account and workspace data are stored in Google Cloud (Cloud SQL, us-central1). Uploaded videos and images are stored in a private Google Cloud Storage bucket. The website is served through Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and do not get rights to your content.
How long we keep it
- Your account and workspace: until you delete them or ask us to.
- Platform tokens: until you disconnect the account or your session is removed.
- Uploaded videos: until you delete the release or your workspace.
- Logs: up to 90 days.
Your choices and rights
- Disconnect any platform at any time in Settings.
- Delete a release, or ask us to delete your whole workspace and account, by writing to support@aionloop.ca. We delete within 30 days and confirm.
- You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you at the same address.
Cookies
The desk uses one cookie, a session identifier, so you stay signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
The service is for adults (18 and over) who manage social media accounts.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page with a new effective date.
