Terms of Service
1. The service
AI On Loop Studio ("the desk") lets you upload videos you have made, prepare their titles and captions, approve them, and post or schedule them to social media accounts you connect. By signing in you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for what is done in your workspace. You must be 18 or older and allowed to manage the social accounts you connect.
3. Your content
You keep every right to the videos, images and text you upload. You give us only the permission needed to store them and to send them to the platforms you choose, when you choose. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including music, and that your posts follow each platform's rules and the law.
4. Connected platforms
When you connect TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook, their terms apply to what is posted there. TikTok posting uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API; by posting through the desk you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, where you mark content as branded, to TikTok's Branded Content Policy. The desk shows these before every TikTok post. Platforms may change or limit what their APIs allow, and the desk cannot promise a post will be accepted.
5. What the desk will not do
The desk never posts without your approval of the release and your confirmation of the send. It does not post to accounts you have not connected, and does not alter your videos except to add a cover or title card you asked for.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the desk to post content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or that breaks a platform's rules; do not try to post to accounts that are not yours; do not interfere with the service or other people's workspaces. We may suspend workspaces that break these rules.
7. Early access
The desk is in early access and provided as is. We work to keep it reliable but do not promise uninterrupted service, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, AI On Loop Solutions Limited is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or lost content; keep your own copies of your videos.
8. Ending
You can stop using the desk at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice, or at once if these terms are broken.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
